The mine actually is producing, it has been for awhile now, it's just not at full nameplate levels of production.

The challenge being faced is the final funding necessary to get it past the finish line to bring it fully online / @nameplate levels. The ramp-up of late in copper spot prices will certainly aid in getting additional cash however it is difficult to say with 100% confidence that this additional cash flow will address the need on it's own.

The company website has decent information on it regarding current status as well as photos and videos of the site.  There is a corporate presentation there as well that covers topics such as ore quality, life-span expected, deposit size etc.  Check the date on the presentation, it may be slightly out-dated in relation to the last press release that notes the additional funding needed for nameplate levels.

Nothing beats doing your own research.

Best Regards,
