The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. RE:RE:RE:RE:NCUYou are assuming that production will reach nameplate and continue with no major setbacks or interruptions.  This has never happened in the history of this company or deposit.

You are further assuming that production will be profitiable at current copper prices, and profitiable enough to pay off old debt without the need for additional outside financing. We don't even know what the current and true AISC for a pound of copper may be at NCU. It's a pretty safe bet that the AISC is well north of $4, and I would not be surprised to learn that it is much closer to $5.

I understand that many folks on here have invested, and are hopeful for a turnaround and therefor choose to be optimistic. 

But realistically, this property and this management are not inspiring.

As I have said before here, if there really were a string of positive developments occurring, we'd be seeing a string of press releases. The only news is very old news.

Time will tell.
