Strange news release announces: CEO for NCU

But when you read the detail it states that the position is for An “ACTING” CEO = what does this mean?.

Sounds suspiciously like the “ ACTING”. CEO will have to check with ZUG before the man does anything!

We really need to know why so many senior executives at NCU left = were they fired or did they quit?  And why?

Management is a very big issue and it sounds like the strings are being pulled from ZUG!

Shareholders have lost confidence! = CHANGE IS NEEDED!
