Consolidation in May and black-out now

I was wrong earlier today. Insiders are still blacked out.

A share consolidation will definately happen in May sometime.

I am hoping for at least 20 to 1 so that I can get margin. Consolidation will also allow funds and institutions to buy into NCU again

Any opinions?

Hi Notgnu,   Personally I have not had much success with share consolidation in other stocks in the past but having said that the current float is high and will go higher with warrants once exercised. I do agree that higher share price will attract institutional investors and like you stated the stock will qualify for margin. Do you know if share consolidation was pre-approved by

Hi Arb and others. I spoke to Rich. He does not know what the ratio will be. It is not decided yet but it will happen in May Bog you twit. My motivation to declare what I buy has zero to do with ego and everything to do with stnanding by what I say. My goofy million dollar position is fly shite for most investors. Maybe it means more to you only. Sngu and myself are not connected

Thanks Notgnu, ignore works very well for some on this board. I know before you arrived this board had nothing to  do with NCU or copper in general. It was a political bashing parade. You brought due diligence, you brought credibility and you have shown you are not a pumper and put your money where your mouth is. You have skin in the game unlike people like Slewfoot who owns nothing.

insiters are blaked out 4 12 months..  i don't think that applied to the warants...  that buy up instrument is a little foriegn for me to digest..  so if they are consolidated in may - what happy happens to the warrants
