Evgenij Iorich received the DSU quantity below on the following dates. The interesting thing here is that the share price wasn't much different to justify receiving such a larger amount (4x more) on June 26, 2023 compared with November 2022.

November 25, 2022

Received 144,504 DSU when SP was 0.27 CAD

 

June 26, 2023 

Received 872,900 DSU when SP was 0.22 CAD

June 26, 2023 was the date that directors received the largest amount of DSUs in the history of Nevada Copper.

In early September 2021, directors received DSUs in quantities (millions) pre-adjusted for the RSS that was already public knowledge by that time.

So my observations with directors receiving close to or above 1 million DSUs from the last round (June 26 2023) without any RSS that was mentioned by Nevada Copper, and no warrants held by any directors, suggest Nevada Copper is acquired, going private or merging.

What will the SP be when that is announced? I'm sure an insider on here knows but doesn't want to blow their cover for a few shareholders.

It doesn't matter how they work. They didn't factor a retail investor like me that went the extent I did with Canaian regulators regarding the myriad of findings I pulled up. BCSC exists to prevent big funds from getting away Scott free by clearly breaching exchange rules, many times. Welcome to Canada my friend. Vancouver has nice weather like the Cayman islands!!!

Hi Patchh, there isn't enough funding to get the open pit worked on with the way things remain. Everything I'm seeing and with how the stock price has been trading at rock bottom, there is something going on. Nothing makes sense with how many shares were issued and the huge ownership increases that occured with Pala and Mercuria.  We wait and see. 2 gold stars for whoever is right

Hi Jay, please check the company presentation: The financing of the OP is not subject of the current discussion. This is incorporated in the OP NPV calculation as a seperate project calculation. Add your calculated present value of the UG and divide the total by the current # of shares, which than would be your target price. However, this heavily depends on your assumption regarding the multiple

Thanks Tom, I missed some detail in my previous comment. Nevada Copper will need a strategic partner for the OP or open pits. Those discussions are not public. A big Investor will not come in just for the underground mine... the crown jewels are the open pits. The investor presentation is a formality they need to have. I agree with you that the way Pala Investments has been using their controlling power may also have a huge impact on the way people think of Nevada Copper.
