Potential Sale

I've been following this stock for a few years. I think us retail were poised for an insider buyout given how low the SP has gotten. None of the aforementioned premiums SCREAMED yesterday are baked into this current SP.

I think something big happened internally which changed the course of the original intent of the takeout transaction (remember not long ago this MC was 65 million USD??) Makes no sense whatsoever and even at today's MC, still confusingly low.

Anyways, to summarize what Patchh said, it looks like the mine is being sold in part or its entirety and people may have gotten a few paper cuts...

PEACE!!

Look at the link below regarding the differences between take over and insider bids. If my understanding is correct with Change of Control (I'm happy to be corrected) the original investors can be more selective with who they sale their shares to? Trust me, I'm confident the insiders will be baking in the Tesla Gigafactory proximity premium or the TGPP!! https://www.osc.ca/en/industry ...more

Paranoia, stupidity, lies and hollow excuses for warmongering. For crying out loud, Putin has no interest in molesting the Poles, to say nothing of storming the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. He is certainly no Ghandi, but well more than smart enough to recognize that with Russia’s GDP of $2.2 trillion and war budget of $80 billion there would be no point in going to war with NATO’s $45 trillion of ...more

Potential sale thoughts. So q4 saw the dewatering completed and hoisting improved big time. Pala is said to be reducing sizes of funding. That would be normal as mill ramps up. Let's say q 4 output was only 100 thousand pounds per day..That is 60 million cad for the q. That's on top of the Pala loans. Let's say they are now at nameplate with 2% plus head grade going into q2.  ...more

Pala is mostly scalling back on funds because they are negotiating / have negotiated the sale of their shares. Someone else wants this mine. There is only 737 000 USD cash in the bank as of year end... there would be far more cash in the bank if they (Pala, Mercuria and Solway) 83% of current owners were staying in part or in full. As per Feb PR, Pala is the only one footing the bill. And they ...more

In January, Pala advanced 25 million. Then in the local interview,, the CEO stated that pala and others were continuing to fund. He stated that they had 200 employees plus 100 contractors. The 100 contractors were advancing laterals to ore faces. Surely, you are not suggesting that the ncu employees are just watching utube. There has been no deal done to change control. Normal course on an ...more
