We vaue those realtionships deeply. We had no intent to give the impression that somehow those realtionships would make the pathway to permit easier. We've always said we'll let the science speak. What those realtionships have provided is a direct, ongoing, and complete understanding of any concerns the various parties may have with the planned mine design therfore allowing the mine plan to be refined to an increasingly safer design as it continued to evolve toward the FEIS, and even today for the mitigation planning."
