Competitor circling drain

Proterra manufactures buses and batteries. Reported a loss of $238 million for 2022. Supply chain problems especially for wiring harnesses - sound familiar?

Debt covenants have been breached or are about to be. The business is likely to continue but at this point, sure looks like current shareholders will be wiped out. You would have to think that any new loans will carry interest rates closer to 20% than 10%, but who knows?
