Thanks for confirming. I was thinking this price was pretty close to the old TC and would allow the dividend to be reinstated.

If I was GC, I would be thinking it might be time to make a generous offer of...2.5? No wait, 3.1, but that is the best we can do.

I would rather have the dividend back.
