Northland Power Inc. is a Canada-based global power producer focused on helping the clean energy transition by producing electricity from clean renewable resources. The Company owns and manages a diversified generation mix, including onshore renewables, natural gas energy, as well as supplying energy through a regulated utility. Its facilities produce electricity from clean-burning natural gas and renewable resources such as wind and solar. It operates both onshore and offshore wind facilities in Canada and Europe, with a total annual production of more than 5,000 GWh. It has about 13 ground-mounted solar projects in Canada. Earnings..........

Earnings..........Interesting 2nd Qtr results, the sooth sayers (analysts) had predicted earnings of .20/share, the number for the 2nd Qtr states .27/share, hopefully there should be a bump up this morning.  Having a little trouble digesting the overall earnings numbers in comparing Qtr per Qtr.  G & A took a pop, that should even out, overall it's a positive Qtr.  I think most investors are buying this stock for the upside potential of a buyout (strategic review) from someone with deeper pockets than Northland. Just my thoughts.
