RE:Incentives for clean energy investments

RE:Incentives for clean energy investmentsA lot of potential, but dealing with taxpayer's money and provincial regulatory issues. Value added projects where require extra infrastructure to be built, like green hydrogen/ammonia, greenhouse food growing could be an option for bonus tax incentives. Export potential is large for greenhouse grown products to the US.

Manufacturing tax credits if use domestic  wind/solar components suppliers. Energy storage projects could qualify also. Supply chain improvements if wind turbine manufacturers like Siemens, Vesta and GE set up factories here.

First Nations meaningful benefits, not only employment, but long term sustainable community building projects.

A lot of discussions ahead between the provinces and federal gov' lie ahead. Like in the US, key power transmission connections have to be built. Who will share the costs?

Here's an opportunity to get it right.
