If you are a regular visitor to the Verde Stockhouse Board you will have seen my postings over the last 9 months or so, and will recognize my interest and commitment to the Verde investment thesis. If you are a current Verde Agritech PLC shareholder and would be interested in joining a small group of like-minded shareholders for more in depth discussions and exchange of ideas and information, I would invite you to contact me.
Please use the message feature of the Stockhouse website to send me a text, and I will respond with my regular email so that we can establish contact outside the Stockhouse platform. To keep the shareholder discussion group managable, I would ask for responses from shareholders who own (individually or through a combination of family accounts) at least 100,000 NPK shares. My family portfolio holdings are now just over 450,000 shares.
We will limit participation to only shareholders who are non-insiders to ensure we at all times are in compliance with securities regulations regarding the receipt of material non-public information, and do not run afoul of any securities rules, restrictions or legislative requirements.
