In case anyone is interested, the total number of Verde shares held in individual accounts with more than 100,000 shares in each account (other than those owned by Mr. Veloso) totaled 15,127,061 as of January 2021. this would mean at most 151 individual accounts, and likely less as some accounts would have multiple hundreds of thousands of shares.
In addition, there are 9,905,852 shares held in accounts with balance over 25,000 shares but under 100,000 shares. There are likely shareholders who have multiple accounts (Margin, RRSP, TFSA, ISA etc.) in this range that add up to over 100,000 shares in total.
So my previous post was an invitation to any of these folks holding 100,000 shares or more, perhaps around 200 individuals in total, to get in touch with me if they would like to join in a confidential offline discussion group that I am setting up.
