In Kaiser's latest update (linked below)  he said Cris had a home front cost that required that share sale outside of the disposition plan. It's very easy for us to get all high and mighty about how a ceo should never sell shares but I think Cris's long term track record with his holdings speaks for itself. 

Recovery will take time and only on the back of confirmed execution and meeting or beating guidance. To dismiss the potential of this company's growth trajectory over a few missteps is absolutely ludicrous imo but that's what makes a market.
