They just announced the 12.5 cents distribution on A shares and the 13.91$ NAV this morning and this thing is trading 11.59$ on 900 shares.  Brings into question the low liquidity and market ...more

The prospectus states that below 15$ NAV there might be no payout on the A shares....

Hard to believe that the portfolio managers don't buy stock in the market and get that 15-20% layup NAV difference. immediately adds more value to NAV. im not worried about the liquidity so much ...more

  it can be bought in mkt for $13.30  giving it a 11.53% yield paid monthly. no brainer-imo

At $13.50 a share it yields 11.1%  and you get  it almost a dollar below NAV. Pays monthly . When interest fall this holder of large cap Canadian dividend companies should light up nicely ...more

If you can get this at 13.75, it will be yielding 10.94%. When rates begin to fall , this is built to cook upward.
