Wiseguy and Tx!

Feeding Hopium (or is it, Banana Bliss) to the masses and a lot of sheeple ready and willing to gobble it up! I owned shares in a company once, had posters on message boards with the same type of endless promoting and mocking of people who had anything negative to say.
That company went titts up eventually!

Everyone has a right to invest or not invest. I dont know if they will make money or not with bc. Its obvious kl either doesnt think so or doesnt care. If they wanted to push the stock down they would be selling it faster. Doing that would be dirty pool and a stain on their reputation. They want out and i think eric does also. To me thats significant.  DBR

It's always the same.  The ones with anything "negative to say" show up when the stock price dips.  Big Deal, it will always be that way. But then again, these same types always come to a "Bull Board" to state their negative opinions.  Wrong place. That's not countering the scourge of "endless promoting and mocking of people".  That's ...more

Bullboards are for opinions, for and against. In the end each is responsible for his decision.  R

Ya.  Did you ever consider this when it comes to opinions and debate?  After Covid-19 wipes out our whole planet, Keith Richards will have no one else to talk to. So, in the meantime I really see no need to read commentary from assistant Village Idiots or screeching wire pulling chimps.  They're ignored until the day Keith wanders in. Tx
Comment by Fabrix72 on Nov 13, 2020 5:59am
I am sure Keith is doing fine. He's probably deeply into the listening...trying to get new inspirations...maybe from Robert Johnson. There are many village idiots in the music industry as well as on boards like this...many from the bears village but also many from the bulls village.   At least NVO boards are active so you can have a sort of conversation whatever it is.  I think ...more

Well said, Fab.   You're Italian.  You know how to argue properly.  I had another passing thought:  During this Covid-19 self induced crisis, can you imagine Pooh Bear and The Keiser mastering ZOOM conferences?   Holy $hit, a swirling room of mirrors and projections. With epithermal popcorn all over the floor no doubt. Tx
Comment by DeathByRabbits on Nov 13, 2020 7:04am
No I never really thought of that Tx. I did read hes being gardening a lot lately so perhaps he prefers plants to people anyway.  Keiph Rabbit

Exactly -the fawning - bootlicking worshippers  who hang on every word of the Novo high priests - out of work Japanese vacuum cleaner salesmen - headless horses and moron Arties - none of whom have ever produced an ounce of gold in their life will disappear soon when the company goes belly up on Beatons Creek.

Are you still angry about not having been able to peddle any of your claims off to nvo Rhino? You need to liberate your demons by doing yoga and meditaion or something. Alcohol used to do the trick for me. Lola

Heeee's back.....  Village Idiots despise priests.  It's because they carry all the faith ... and control all the gold.  And all the Village Idiot can do is write his memoirs to an unremarkable life.  An 1800 page epic called Rusty Bedsprings by I.P. Knightly. Tx Tx

I go to sleep last night and all is calm then holy macaroni, the band is back along with a chorus of back-up singers. Simply lovely! Keep up the good work lads, even you too Rhino:) Oh and for that selling thing going on, there is always a story behind the story.....

Well , the one horned Village Idiot and his cadre of buffoons have once again amassed.  An assistant village idiot in tow, and a chart chimp wielding crayons in one hand and his pencil in the other.  Revealing to us all an a$$ glowing like a RedFlame as hangs from the bars. You see, they come here to complain about blinded optimism (which actually does not exist here), and end up ...more

Hey dead wabbits - I talk to Quinton regularly -great bloke - and he congratulated me and George Merhi for the $1.7 million deal we did vending our Prairie Downs tenements into a new IPO - Peregrine Gold out of the Apollo Group stable. Plus I have extensive additional acreage at Karlawinda -Prairie Downs next to the new Capricorn Metal mine due to produce gold early '21. Real stuff mate -  ...more

Hmmmm, Kirkland Lake has 28 million shares and its selling about 4 million every year.  That would be only 7more years to go.  Of course if the Novo share price starts to go up then Kirkland Lake will just dump more shares per year.  You can kiss any major jump in the share price goodby until Kirkland Lake is done dumping.  Could be years before that happens.;  Gold bull ...more

"Gold bull markets don't last forever." Yes, yes, that's why KL has been buying back their own shares and doing deals with other companies closer-in to their own operations.  Makes a lot of sense.  NO, IT DOES NOT! Hey, if you want to be a basher, perhaps you could use a new trainer.

I count 1 m shares in 3 months or 12 m shares a year. Try to get your math right putz. So thats not 7 years to zero. https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/kirkland-lake-gold-files-early-035000260.html Lola

When Novo starts hitting on all cylinders coming up soon, volume will easily be 4 million shares per DAY. The KL dump could be dispatched within a matter of days. Don't sweat it - primarily concern yourself with THE STORY and whether you believe QH.  Will the mill be ready to go the first week of January? Will the Steinert sorter work well to scale? What will the head grades be ...more

KL could argue that a sale of NVO shares at ~ C$3.5 would give it a tax loss based on its C$4 purchase price in 2017. This could be set off against Osisko capital gains. Notwithstanding this, $1m is petty cash to KL and would seem to be short sighted to piecemail sell off a strategic block of shares in Novo. Moreover, if KL wished to exit NVO, then they could have offered their substantial ...more

As I said before, the way this went down is that Tony called Q and said kl wanted to divest and asked q to find a buyer for the block. Q was unable to do so having sent feelers out to any potentially interested party. Kl is now selling on the open market as a last resort, not by choice. Btw, i have decided to write a book also about my apprenticeship days in the contracting business. A client was ...more

Jet down to Montreal for supper and back with the bank manager tossing cookies on the plane and some fellow who jumped on for the ride back. Boy was he surprised when he woke up the next day in a mining town he'd never heard of. The good old days. DBR

I don't even think a phone call was even worth the time. KL's cash posiiton as of September 30, 2020 totalled $848.5 million, a $311.1 million or 58% increase from $537.4 million at June 30, 2020 The selling of Novo shares over the last 3 months means nothing to KL.  If anything, the slow and incremental selling was likely done to minimize the impact to Novo share price.
