hedging of floating rate debt($892 million)

they claimed back in spring 2023 this would increase AFFO by 3 - 5 cents/share 

instead we have a massive drop in AFFO  , who is in charge of math/finance   at this joint ?

Agreed.  They sold lies of expecting AFFO to increase by 20% with capital allocation changes, not sure the UK JV could account for it going in the oppsoite direction of -20%.  Suckered me into buying more at that stage thinking they were steering the ship around.  Anyone know what happened?  In any case, Im willing to continue to hold, no point pulling my capital out at this ...more

I think management is a disgrace dragging this out and then  cowardly announcing the cut on a Friday evening. Clearly there were leaks and the big boys were allowed to dump ahead of the announcement while retail investors were hung out to dry.   The next step in the review should be to fire the entire senior management team.
