RE:RE:New Hire

RE:RE:New Hire The new hire indicates to me that that NXE's largest shareholders, CEF and CKH, prefer to take Arrow to production and are after all, primarily in the business of financing mine development. Needless to say, by playing the long game, CEF and CKH stand to make a lot more money as project financiers and equity owners than if a take over offer came in soon after the PFS and updated resource statement. It is obvious that NXE is being groomed more for production, than a takeover. Furthermore, a hostile takeover is not possible as control of the company is not "on the street".

There is a huge looming market opportunity for NXE. Cameco has stated they need a minimum of $75/lb to justify developing the next phase of Cigar, which needs to be started now in order to meet any contracts on future deliveries post 2027. At a production rate of 40-50 million lbs/year, NXE can fill the gap by CCO's reduced presence in the market, and do so below $75/lb and still be "p*ssing through silk".

This is the guy they need to build the Arrow mine. NXE will be in the catbird seat when the price of Uranium goes bananas. With an asset like they have at Arrow and the great team they are putting together I doubt if a buy out is on the cards. I think they fully intend to take this all the way to production and compete with CCO in this space.
