Japanese nuclear utilities....I have only heard of one Japanese utility that has tried to declare force majeur with Cameco to get out from under contract obligations. The rest have been honoring their purchases for 7 years now. Assuming they all restart, they have enough uranium for the next 7 years without having to go to the market. The reactors that stay shut permanently will have a surplus of fuel that will have to be sold, either on the spot market, or if possible, to other Japanese utilities. I don't see Japanese rector restarts playing a part of the uranium price recovery story.
