NexGen should hire Christies to sell it's U.  The auctioneer here does a great job although she keeps confusing pounds with dollars.  Obviously spot is the way to go and not contracting 9 million lbs @ $139 and then getting force majeured out of a billion bucks, dumping unexpected inventory, running into a bear with bad intentions, then having to go into the market against SPUT and others in order to satisfy old obligations.
