Been owner and follower of NXR since 2018
  • When you speak of Burnaby, did you mean the 2 Richmond properties back in 2018.
  • One (sports) is listed and went under renovations paid for, by the Seller and reimbursed with NXR shares….right?
  • The other property (60K sq ft ) with a tenant that is industrial energy/power multinational. Why without address or pic and not listed in their properties in BC?  Maybe I missed that communication……..or maybe no tenant or tenant moving out.?
I assume that if shares were provided to Partner we should have both properties listed in BC.
