Is NXR believing their own hype

Is NXR believing their own hypeNXR made huge pricing strides during the past year which may have resulted in management perhaps pushing the envelope. Without too much fanfare I suggest two specific issues;-

A) going to the well too often with new issues in August and November.
B) aggressive buying to move towards a pure industrial play might of resulted in overpaying for newer blue chip industrial facilities.

I would like to hear some opinions on this subject( hopefully proving me wrong)
