RE:RE:RE:RE:Growing Alberta CompaniesIPO is different in the aspect they dont have historical production history producing at what they did for last 6 months of 2021.
Yes they had a great Q3...and likely a solid Q4.....but that is all on the back of wells that are not stablized and will continue to decline.
IPO hit 6 "lottery type" wells in 2021 and I think alot of Americans are assuming that is how it works for 2022.
Historically IPO (pre prairie storm) is what a 4500-5400 BOE company.
IPO is priced like it will for sure have perfect 2022 drilling.
I do think IPO needs to throw alot of capital to produce at 9k boe level.
Much more believeable and safe if they spent 80m and ran a rig continously.
Only company that doesnt run 1 rig non stop. Even BNE does.
I would rather wait until Q1 is out to see if this works. If Q1 doesnt work then sub 2.50 fast.
I dont know for sure as not out. But that guidance needs such perfection to meet.
quote=Hendrick3]I think we can all agree that almost all Cardium players are under valued. IPO's share success is not because investor's are misinformed about their fundamentals, they are just better informed while the market is oblivious about players like OBE and YGR. That will change. IPO may be leading the charge that leads to awareness about the others. [/quote]
