RE: RE: OER will have a big financing soon I think I know how they are going to raise that 400 million, just received annual meeting booklet last week read it on the weekend and they are proposing a 25 to 1 share consolidation, so I started with Exile Resources having 30,000 shares ended up with OER at 1,843 shares now going down to only 75 shares.That sure is shareholder value? So this would bring OER to maybe $30 range, with over 4 million shares outstanding. So therefore they have room to do another big private placement and get there cash. While we the shareholders watch our share value slowly disappear. I ended up selling what I had today because I really didn't want to sit holding $75 from a $6000 investment. At least I can invest in something else with the one third I managed to salvage today. Good luck with the people holding this stock, Maybe this will turn into $100 dollar stock after the consolidation, But I was not willing to risk more.
