We have been capped all week

We have been capped all week We have been capped all week  Someone has held us below $7.99 all week and basically above $7.80
I find this strange because If someone is accumulating then I understand it 
Anyone who has level 2 can look and see this Always a wall at these levels 
Today could be interesting A previuos poster mention we would have to drop 10 percent to go below VWAP (It could happen I am not ruling anything out)
There has to be more then one force at work here 
Please I would love to hear others opinions
Someone has kept us above 7.80  all week BUT someone has kept us BELOW 7.99
