Would you prefer a partner buyin as opposed to a full buyout . EX- partner taking a percentage of the company in return for funding the trials . This would dilute the present shareholders .

I wish it were that simple but not all offers are put forward by the company to shareholders and it's not that we need the home run offer, just something reasonable and 4-5 dollars a share is not
