With a stochic price, THAT becomes a self fulfilling profecy.
Few are excited about buying, because the price is not moving. The price is not moving, because few are buying.

todays numbers are one day, one week ,one month & 3 month highs.
I have been on this type of ship before.
it can sometimes take months to gain traction.

To get substantial moves. They need substantial news.
