Open market purchase I can not speak to the totality of executive shares being " open market" vs company options.
i do know. The last purchase of call execs was, as I said more than 6 months ago & they were all on the open market.
BTW, even options have to be paid for. Only difference they come out of ONC tresursy vs stock exchange.
Again, Matt for example has 1.3 million shares.
He is the remaining founder of Onc.
He has had 24 years to accumulate many shares.
