Open market purchase

I can not speak to the totality of executive shares being " open market" vs company options.
i do know. The last purchase of call execs was, as I said more than 6 months ago & they were all on the open market.
BTW, even options have to be paid for. Only difference they come out of ONC tresursy vs stock exchange.
Again, Matt for example has 1.3 million shares.
He is the remaining founder of Onc.
He has had 24 years to accumulate many shares.
Reminder.....Onc just placed a new investor presentation.
well done & while it clearly states " partnerships" including Panc & MBc cancer & Car-t
imho , it looks a lot like a sales presentation.
Great week all.

I too thought Matt had a ton of shares but checked the last annual report on Sedar and it showed Matt's ownership as only 82,659 shares but we do know that he added a few when it was low a few months ago. Most of the Board members have more shares than Matt.. He does have 1.4 million options and this is as of the last AGM or year end 2021. E. Share Ownership The following table sets out the ...more

Another option is to search the SEDI database (System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders) run by the Canadian Securities Administrators. https://www.sedi.ca/sedi/SVTItdController?locale=en_CA   Just enter “Coffey” and other search info and you should get to an 8-page summary of every single insider transaction by Matt Coffey since 2003. You’ll find that he currently owns 96,333 ...more

I use SWS and I generally like it.  They use only published data and that data may well have been around for a long time (e.g., not updated frequently). It could be that SWS does not count options that have not yet been converted. The Cdn insider data may include options not yet exercized. Or it could be some other similar explanation.

I think he sold most of his shares when it was 0.82 per share .... for a profit....lol...  why would he sell any shares in the last 3 years if he thought good things about this company?????
Comment by canadafan on Jan 09, 2023 12:04am
You are asking distracting & 100% inaccurate questions. ,matt has never sold any shares.in the last 3 years. stop spreading out & out lies. Actually another place to find share ownership is in the year end report.
