News out about restricted shares.

Like does this mean they are rewarding the patient executives/insiders before a deal is done.  Or is this a nothing burger news release?

those were adopted at the latest shareholder meeting if I recall correctly.  this last news represent what, less or around 1% of the current # of shares?  I would think this news is happening just before the debt news... will there be a small dilution "with" the debt news?  if so. looking at the current trading it looks like it would happen between 0.80 and 0.95... we ...more
