RE:Canadian Insiders ORVGot a buy signal notification on this. Thoughts on entry point? Technically looking very strong as it has broken through all the moving averages. But not a ton of volume. Thoughts?
Lack of insider buying never a plus, but if management knows something we dont e.g. OSP finaincing iminent, then maybe not a bad thing.
If I saw more volume Id be buying this already.

Will not be a takeover but most likely some legal matters are brewing preventing insiders from buying?
