Canadian Insiders ORV

Do you find strange that this stock went to 13 cents one time and no insider buys since Mar 2023.

as per canadianinsider website

"Company insiders have the right to buy and sell securities in their own firm so long as they are complying with securities laws and rules. This means, for example, that they cannot trade in their own securities when they are in possession of "material" non-public information, such as a pending take-over bid."

Will not be a takeover but most likely some legal matters are brewing preventing insiders from buying?

A drop below 18 cents would be technially very weak ie breaking below moving averages.  Looking at chart, a breakout could blow us through $0.50.  If Im in Im in, not looking to miss the opp for a few pennies. I took a look at insider buyint, seems CEO was a big buyer in 21 and 22 up to 50 cents.  Average probably around 40 cents.  Doesnt look like hes accomplished much.  ...more

Larry60  CEO Juan Gavidia purchased aver 2 million shares on the open market 2021 /22  all at higher prices, but  nothing the last 12 mths. He could be happy with his 2.5M shrs. No PR here I think is the reason for the lack of confidance to buy. No IR person anymore. Great drill results get burried in the quarterlies. Do the DD here and understand the underling catalysts.
