Last chance to vote tomorrow

I was looking at the major shareholders of OSB.The top 4 shareholders hold 68.86%
We only need 66% to have an approval.Fidelity will surely vote in favor and we know that
when Letko is not in favor, they are always very early and very vocal. So i can assume with a high degree of confidence that this deal will close tomorrow

Hopefully a legal firm has raised enough voters (proxies) to block the deal using the "minority shareholders clause". Vote NO!

Yeah, that's not happening.  The 0.675 is a good as it gets.  M&A is the way forward; who do you want this to pair off with?  Canfor?  Adios dividend forever.  Irving/Tolko/Hampton?  Nope. I expect a clean and easy approval.

I hear ya. I just prefer a pure Osb play. Easier to predict production and its a printing press for money. Lumber has too many excuses. Duty this, pine beetle that, forest fires this, green peace that..etc etc. Hate to see OSB go but hey we all can't live forever. Maybe when l cash out lLL go buy a bunch of Tesla shares. Lol.
