Hey buddy, lend me a billion dollars to start a mine

Many investors including me dont want to stick around for years to see a return on our money. While they certainly have the goods, building a mine in that region will be a monumental task. Power to be brought in, roads to be upgraded, a big new mill to be built , permits to secure. While the grades are great, most of the gold is deep and expensive to mine. I worked in a deep mine and the ore had to be taken up 3 shafts to get it to surface . Anyway I will be watching from the sidelines, but goodluck to all still invested.

I guess you haven't done your homework then. Windfall is in Quebec, a mineral resource-friendly jurisdiction. Hydro power is cheap and plentiful, and Hydro-Quebec will be on-board to deliver it. That part of the province has all the contractors and service providers required to get on with the build.
