CHX has great assets. Their big problem pre-merger was that they had next to $0 to develop them and negative cash flows. That is why CHX share price took such a huge beating in the few months

I agree that AVF is a pile of dog dung, and there is no way I am agreeing to this merger. PCE's share price will go back up if we reject this offer, just like STO did when they fought off the PRY
