JV with Barrick on South Arturo is the company maker on its own and probably commands the MKT cap of PG today at these prices. Mexican mine is useless and better to be sold but at these prices should do fine if and when production is steady.
Hardrock should be spun out as that would definitely be bought out by centerra at some point for probably 300 million or more CAD.
we got an offer for 200 something several months back when gold price was 15-1600. So this spin out is definitely good news.
I am continuing to hold and if they do indeed make a final decision on this, I will need to consolidate my holdings of PG as I have them in 2 different accounts.
