Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

I dissagree. Based on listing requirements for nasdaq PHO meets most of the listing criteria except the minimum share price of $3.00. If they did a reverse split they could get to the number.. I wouldnt think it would be on the near term horizion but perhaps toward the year end if revenue and income continue to increase consistently with the previous 5 qtrs growth rates. Also the listing costs are not probhitive and similar to TSX costs.. PHO dosent belong with miners and energy but better suited to tech so nasdaq would be a better fit. Question is would mgt look to increase shareholder value and more aggreessivly build this company by accessing a larger capital market to raise funds to expand the business? I've asked them but no respoanse...
