RE:my second suggestion for ceoI'm not sure the company would follow a Internet strategy as you suggested. They work closely with the companies whom they sell to and customize their products to specific applications for each clients unique needs. Therefore a cookie cutter sales approach is not likely to be of any value to drive sales.. It may bring more awareness of the company but as you may or may not have seen they have begun improving their web presence and re designed parts of their web page.
