Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Revenue down 29.3% + Profit Down 53.7% vs. Q1 '14As I explained to the your partner in theory .. Look at the insider report. It the good Dr. Who's the only one selling.. Perhaps he's not interested in holding the stock and just needs the cash for his services now vs. later. Maybe it's a personal strategy .. Who knows. . Besides him Helena sold 15k shares .. She was just awarded 100k shares for compensation of becoming named as a director . No one else has sold. CEO bought 250k options 3 weeks ago and has never sold. A simplistic analysis of insider selling will not serve you well if it how you base your investment decisions .. Look at the long term trends, options granted , total ownership, tax implications, expiry dates , etc... There's much more that goes on the just selling or buying..
