Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:RE:David C. Dueck resigns from BoardPlease blackwood2002, don't be so quick to excuse Weston's culpability as simply being conned by an older and more manipulative schemer. Christopher Weston knew exactly what he was doing right down to the final dotted i's and crossed t's. Whatever else he is, stupid he is not. He is a liability and needs to be kept on long enough for the audit to determine if there were any more shenanigans that went unnoticed or unreported during his watch. And once that is determined one way or the other, needs to be shown the door. 

I have no confidence in Christopher Weston's ability to contribute anything of value to Photon Control after the audits are concluded.
