Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

True. But it's a moot point anyway. He has lost control of Photon and I think this is a good thing. I question whether it was he who 'led the growth' or whether it was simply the market grew organically for Photon's products. As I said, it's not personal that I think he should go, but rather I think it's time for a serious change there with Photon needing new blood at the top. Including the BoD... They to me are like politicians who have been in office too long and have become complacent. Time for a wholesale change and this 'mistake' has provided the perfect catalyst for it imo.
