Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

Who's doing the NCIB buying for PHO? It was slow out of the gates to get going but perhaps mgt has instructed them to move more quickly ? Seems odd only 2 houses making up for most of the volume. I'd say if not NCIB then Private equity may be taking a position as must funds will stay far away as the company is just too small and illiquid for their tastes. The company adopted shareholder rights plan years ago so I doubt any potential suitors are accumulating a position. Positive to see some take on a large position ahead of the court results. Either a big bet or they have done their DD and believe a positive outcome for PHO is highly likely.
