Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

Yes, I think this stock will go to $4 and beyond. I also think that in the event of a takeover bid, none of us should accept anything under $4. We would be squandering a real opportunity to make some serious money. The structure of the company has never been stronger and the current Board and leadership group are really focussed on promoting the 'brand' unlike previous iterations who were either incompetent or treated Photon like their personal cash cow. Having $30+ million in cash doesn't hurt either. Obviously the biggest obstacle to onward and upward are the fluctuations of the markets and the economic policies of certain countries towards other countries. 

I've said before that patience is required with this company. If you're a day trader, this company may not be for you.
