RE:RE:Raise the dividend Thanks for your post, it mirrors my view, things are moving too slow , plenty of time to get off this train and wait for it to exhibit a bit of life before rebuying. To many extraneous risks to be oblivious to the risk/return matrix. the only thing that would mitigate it is if the management became more aggresive with strategy :

1) idea one find assets like VLE and KEI merge use cash flow to transition to new green energy which requires major investment , only carbon cash flow can provide the scale of dollars ....six month payouts vs 3 to 5 years at best. seems like a no brainer 

2) Seek to be acquired at a substancial multiplelift

3) Sell the assets to private equity return cash to shareholder
