RE:BNN news very positive!I can think of three points to answer your question.
  1. Market Cap – this is a smaller cap name under 100M so the number of people looking at the name would be smaller.  As the company grows its will come up on more investors radar.
  2. Shareholder Base – this kind of goes with point 1 but like it or not it takes institutional money to move a stock materially higher and reduce the valuation gap.  Hearing commentary about large investors recommending and discussing it on BNN is a good indicator that larger funds are starting to take a look at it.
  3. Earnings Growth Just Beginning – the content per vehicle they sell is just starting to explode higher doubling YoY in their LED Lighting Products and System business and as the numbers continue to be put up each and every quarter it will go higher as more people realize the underlying growth and see consistent results come through.
In my eyes progress is being made on all three of these points to close the valuation gap.  This leaves room to move materially higher from the impact of both valuation expansion and EPS Growth, the combination of both is how you really get stocks running higher.
