Downgarded listing

I read on another site, stockwatch.com, that PLC listing has been downgraded to a different listing, no longer the TSX.V. Earlier this week I spoke to Ray and he stated that it was full steam ahead to get re-listed before any "new deal" could be finalized. This is certainly a coincidence regarding the downgrade, perhaps a bad one given the surge to get re-listed. Anyone else speak to Ray about this? Hab
