Ok so I don't know whether this comment [the part about the management team being seasoned] came from Stephen Takasy or the original poster. This management team is not seasoned in the funeral business in any way. Read the bios of the senior leadership team. These jokers don't know anything about running a funereal business.They, like many of you, think "What could possibly go wrong

So if I were the chair of this company, I would basically DRAG the entire c-suite into my office and dismiss them ON THE SPOT. That alone would probably result in $4-5 in share price appreciation. The rest is getting rid of their HORRIBLE track record of integration. THATs what a man would do here...
