This management team is not seasoned in the funeral business in any way. Read the bios of the senior leadership team.
These jokers don't know anything about running a funereal business.They, like many of you, think "What could possibly go wrong, this is a funeral business...we will ALWAYS have new customers". Yeah right, great broad based generalization for a notoriously complex business.

By the way, the first three (3) named Senior Officers of this company clip a wopping $2 million in salaries each year they show up at their desks.
I think shareholders are being "taken to the grave" on this one...
