Buying a penny stock for fun here and there so be it, being 90% invested in one sector is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard....if you even try and convince anyone that you are up in 2012 after dishing out your portfolio allocation I call BS, no matter what you own in the sector you are down in the year.
