TOU is major deal with Shellwill be become a major NG and liquids producer in canada and possibly north america.
TOU share price will go higher and PMT's TOU shares will be worth more as well.
maybe TOU will be too busy to play around with small JV with PMT in columbia???
on to bigger and better profits, mind you I don't own TOU shares.
